Went to the gym again, did 20 minutes of Cardio (fast pace) then worked my chest, and well, that was about it. There was (in the showers) this amazing guy (but not my type) who had no body fat, I have hard time imaging how much dedication one has to have to get to that state.

Last night was, well leftovers, we just ate the left over Bacon and Swiss Chard Pasta, and I fried up some Canadian Bacon and added fresh Parmesan Cheese to the heated pasta, and drank some nice red wine, and watched TV, the Mentalist in fact.

Last night, was just a normal regular boring weekday night, nothing dangerous about it.
